Our love for charlie
We were on vacation with Charlie when our world came to a end. The vets office sent our baby to Paw Prints we could not have picked a nicer place for Charlie. Thank you so much for the beautiful clay paw print, fur clipping, flower seeds and the beautiful wooden box our baby came home in and the poem the rain bow bridge we found so much comfort in. Thank you so much for all you did for us in our time of need. TLC CROWDER
My sweet furbaby Bootsie passed away and our Vet (Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital) told us about Paw Prints Pet Crematory. I was very impressed and pleased with their service. It was very nice of them putting poem, flower seeds and sympathy card. Everything that they did has helped me with great comfort. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart to "The Paw Prints Family" and May God bless you!
I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful care that you shown us when I came to see where our baby (Dixie) would be going. I was so sad and Annie came out and she must have sensed that I needed some kisses, it was very comforting. Anyhow you were very understanding and your care went above and beyond. It was comforting that there is a staff member there and he is friends with our daughter and husband and he made sure to tell her that he remembered Dixie and that he took very good care of her. Even though it still hurts I wanted to let you know that your service is greatly appreciated and I have told many people about your service. Thank you so much.
Well it was finally time
Red (golden retriever) had a cancerous tumor removed in 2014. He was 11. I thought this was his time to go. Called paw prints to get details. He came through the surgery just fine. Bad cancer but the slow growing kind. Lived a FULL 4 years.. He started failing ..So Aug 2018 it was "time". At 15 he had a long awesome life..was miserable and couldn't get up anymore. I called and talked to Tiffany. She was so nice and sympathetic as she went over the steps after we took Red to the vet. I was so glad I would have him back in a few days. I chose to go pick him up when they were finished. I would highly recommend paw prints. This was our first time having a fur baby creamated. Hope it'll be a while longer but will chose the same next time. Thank you Paw Prints
Just want to say thank you Paw Prints and especially to Hilary for the care you gave Ginger and posting her photos in her memorial. Thank you for the urn, paw print, clip of fur, and the seeds to plant in her memory. We will miss her but I think she understood it was her time and she accepted that fact and was ready to go. Again, thank to all!
Hello, In January 2013 our sweet cat Angel passed away, she was a few months shy of 17. Being that we are not from your area, the special packet of care was a nice touch in our painful time of loss. We were touched and thank you for that. Thanks again : ) Linda and Peter
Paw Prints, We just want to say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have given us from Sadie Bug. Especially for her hair and paw prints. You are the best company for those like us whom has lost a child of our family. We are grateful!
I just wanted to take time out to express my gratitude. My Auggie boy was so sweet and from the first time my sister talked to you all on the phone and when you all took time out to bring Auggie home. The love was so noticed. You came into my home and took time to go over everything. Just the details of you kind thoughts from his paw prints and hair lock. Moved me so. I finally took the heart and planeted it. You are wonderful people to know how much our four leggy babies mean to us.. Thank you so much for the kind and sweet way you handled my baby boy. God Bless.. Tammie Sparks
We just got our beloved Ji Ji back today and we wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such wonderful care of him. It was amazing the care you took of him.... from the paw prints, too the beautiful box, poem, letter and the heart filled with flower seeds and his lockets of fur. This was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do besides laying our child to rest four months ago. Our son Chanze passed away on Jan 27th 2012 from complications of Pre-Eclampsia. This may seem to be an odd thing to say but, we were no where near as happy with the funeral home as we were for you guys. We were even a little nervous at first because of the events that occurred with them, but you have restored our faith in love and thats something worth mentioning. Thank you and your truly doing something special for many people. <3 Benjamin,Kimberly & Ji Ji Newman
I just wanted to express to you how much we appreciate your company, especially Nate Ferguson. We were so emotional when we called last week and just didn't know what avenue we were going to take, but after speaking with Nate, we were able to make a choice. When he came to get Bailey, the time he took with us and the way he spoke to us just made all the difference in the world. The way he handled Bailey, well that is when we knew we made the right choice. We could tell he honestly cared about us and Bailey and his compassion was so comforting. He brought Bailey back today and carried forward with the same compassion as he expressed last week. We believe he made a very sad situation much easier to handle and made our grieving process so much better. Thank you, The Cochran family RIP Bailey – Our sweet boy – 7/12/12
